  • Inadequate force – Application of inadequate force from rollers cause trapping of bubbles between the film and image.
  • When rollers are moved fast – Bubbles on the laminate surface also appear during the process of placing material when rollers are moved too fast.
  • Placing wet laminates on the surface – Bubbles appear whenever wet laminates are applied on the surface. Please make sure that laminate is entirely dry after printing.
  • Moisture – Moisture is the destructor especially wood that reacts easily leading to disruption in humidity balance.
  • Bubbles also form when surface lamination is done without using adhesive.

Material required to remove bubbles – Hot air gun, small and thin nails, damp cloth.
