Installing Decorative Laminates on a surface is a tricky business. In fact, it requires lots of patience and calibre. - Inadequate force – Application of inadequate force from rollers cause trapping of bubbles between the film and image.
- When rollers are moved fast – Bubbles on the laminate surface also appear during the process of placing material when rollers are moved too fast.
- Placing wet laminates on the surface – Bubbles appear whenever wet laminates are applied on the surface. Please make sure that laminate is entirely dry after printing.
- Moisture – Moisture is the destructor especially wood that reacts easily leading to disruption in humidity balance.
- Bubbles also form when surface lamination is done without using adhesive.
